The service here was so wonderful that I had to actually write a blog article about it. They replaced my alternator and serpentine belt and even though they were booking out a week, when Melissa discovered I was living in my car she had it ready in four hours, she was also able to adjust the price significantly for me. I believe this indicates honesty and integrity as they only billed me for the actual hours it took to do the work. very much customer oriented. My RAV4 is working great! Thank you Ocala auto repair!

I just called shop a few minutes ago, to get an appointment the check my car. First thing that i felt a little bit sad, is none one speak spanish at the shop. Even that i can speak english, i prefer to talk about this things in spanish. In Ocala there's a lot of latin people, please i recommend to get someone to speak spanish to help other who did not speak english. Anyway, the lady who answer the phone was very friendly even that she did not speak spanish, but she can't give an appointment sooner than next friday to make the first diagnostic check for $69.00. Even that i would like to leave my car there, because off the good reviews on the webpage, i have to call another place to get a sooner appointment, because i'm a little bit worry about the sounds in the front passenger wheel. !Hope to see you next time! I am from out of town and had an A/C problem, I had a bad experience at another shop, where I waited 4 1/2 hours for the diagnostic and then a $2600. quote for the repair. I made an appt. with O.A.R. and they diagnosed my problem in 35 minutes and then fixed my A/C in the quoted 2 hours and saved me $1600. in the process!! I especially liked the sign out front that lists all their clients for the day under the heading "Todays VIPs" Really makes you feel appreciated. Based on my experience I totally recommend O.A.R. and especially for any out of towners who aren't sure where to go for service.
