I had a diagnostic done as a second opinion. These guys did great. They found issues that the other place didn't and the price was still better. I will have my repairs done here!

Travis, David, and Melissa were a pleasure to deal with. They kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle until it was repaired. Everything was accurately explained beforehand. They were the only shop out of the several called to explain that replacing steering components would also add a $99 alignment charge. That would have come as a surprise anywhere else when it came time to to pay the bill. Good customer service has a lot to do with communicating, which they do extremely well. The steering feels great, and I have peace of mind with their 3 year warranty. Thank you, Ocala Auto Repair!

Personable, professional, and practical in every sense of the word. I never leave reviews but I had to for these guys. I would drive over 2 hours just to use their service. Most definitely worth your time to trust for service.

It is wonderful to have confidence in an auto repair shop. It is such a pleasure to receive such wonderful customer service! Melissa is so friendly and efficient. When she says she will send estimates, it comes right away. They do auto repair as well as auto body repair too! What a relief for me to have found them! No need to look or compare anymore!
