Ocala Auto Repair

The guys at Ocala Auto Repair are simply FANTASTIC!!! I’m from Michigan, and was on my way home from Florida when I broke down just outside of Ocala. I called them and asked if they could sneak me into their (already busy) schedule, and they graciously agreed to help. They had to overcome multiple obstacles in their attempt to help me, including wrong parts being delivered and a freak accident that injured one of their workers, but still they pressed on and did everything possible to help me. I always expect a certain level of customer service quality from the businesses I deal with…. but these guys pole-vaulted over that line and exceeded all of my expectations. They may even be better than my favorite auto shop back home! Well done guys, and thank you!

WE ARE 1ST TIME CUSTOMERS AND VERY HAPPY TO HAVE FOUND AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP WE CAN TRUST. WE HAVE A 1979 CADI WE THOUGHT NEEDED A STARTER.INSTEAD IT JUST NEEDED A WIRING ADJUSTMENT AND THE BATTERY CHARGED. JASON AND TRAVIS WERE GREAT. ANSWERED ALL OF OUR CONCERNS . AND VERY REASONABLE..
