Drove for an hour to get to OAR and was not disappointed. I learned about OAR from following their f/b page which I found interesting because it had similar interests as me. My experience could not have been better. Prompt, friendly, reasonable,. Brought my car in at 9, was diagnosed, parts ordered, work completed, out the door by 11:30..Excellent.

Melissa was great, I called her around nine in the morning told her that my water pump went out on my truck and that it was sitting at my house. I’m at work at this point calling her she recommended a tow truck that would go get my truck. All I had to do was call him to give the address. So I call Robs towing,he gets my truck to her shop before 11 o’clock in the morning and by 12 o’clock she had already called and said that after lunch the parts should be there and that the guys would be fixing it,so fast and easy. I was totally impressed. They did a great job, and I haven’t had any issues on my water pump since! Highly recommend, and it was a warranty job so she was able to work with me via text to get all my paperwork through.. Melissa was awesome thanks again!!!

Would highly recommend this repair shop. There are many repair shops in ocala but this one is trustworthy and thats why I always return. Rav4 was making a loud noise at 40mph. After new tires were balanced and installed the noise is gone. Thank you

I took my 2008 Jeep Wrangler in for a weird electrical issue and brakes. Travis and the team did awesome, they found that the wiring harness had deteriorated and was brittle/falling apart and that was causing the issues. Travis said they've had several Jeeps come in over the last couple of years with this and according to what I read on the jeep forums its a common problem with these jeeps , seems like Jeep should do a recall. I had them replace the wiring harness as a precaution, I don't need a fire. I also had them replace my brake pads. My first time using Ocala Auto Repair here but I will come back when I need something

They did a great job at a reasonable price

The body work was very good. I hope to upgrade my review after the car goes back in to take care of some "rough spots" with the paint job.
