Just left as a satisfied customer!! Great service from great employees and combine that with great prices and I left smiling! The ac in my car stopped blowing cold and they squeezed me in last minute and now my ac is back cold again!! 5 Star Auto shop...I highly recommend!!!

They went out of their way to be kind during a very stressful time for us. Our car was towed there after an accident. Jason walked us through the process with insurance and made calls to find us a rental. Travis drove us to 3 rental car companies. They were so sweet. Customer service like we used to expect, but rarely get anymore.

First time visiting this location and being new to Ocala I can say from my first experience it was Veryyy pleasant and welcoming the staff was awesome polite and very understanding helpful to the fullest. They were very kind to my nieces that was with me they had goodies for them to snack on while we waited which they loved 🥰 and complementary coffee which is always a plus being that I’m Hispanic and love coffee . I would aswell like to thank them for there honesty they told me what was wrong and explained to me that what I was told at another location was totally unacceptable and wrong 🥰 they fixed what needed to be fixed and gave me a printout and a estimated price of future services that I am going to need done 🥰 . I Highly recommend them for any auto repairs u may need done it’s nice to see that there are still honest ppl in this world that aren’t out for ur money but love doing there job and continue to be honest 🙏 this will be my place to go as far as any of my cars to be serviced 🥰🙏. ONCE AGAIN THANK U so very much

The car definitely runs much better, stronger, smoother and the shaking at the steering wheel is gone. it was expensive, but what isn’t? I’m glad I had you do the work. The reason you’re not getting a 5 star review is because when I opened the hood the next day, this is what I saw! See photos. The Saturday before I brought my car in I had cleaned and I ArmorAll the engine. So after spending $943 I get back a filthy engine??? It would have only taken 5 minutes to clean the oil off. Which makes me hope the mechanic paid better attention to detail when he was working on my carb.

Ken, The tech should have wiped that down, please stop by and we'll clean up that car cover for you.
