It's really hard these days to find trustworthy mechanics that won't take advantage of the elderly, or anyone not really mechanically inclined. After really bad experiences at 2 local dealerships that left us spending thousands and to only have the same problems or new ones, we found out that a mechanic we had previous dealings with was at this location, so we stopped in and started asking questions. Not only was the young man at the counter knowledgeable, he even brought in a tech to speak with me. Instead of speaking gibberish that the average person wouldn't understand, he plainly explained what we were experiencing, how they could fix someone else's mistakes, and a pretty close estimate of cost. After bringing the car in, I was stuck waiting with it, and after only a couple hours, I was driving off, smoothly and satisfied with the whole experience. This Is Our New Garage, hands down. I feel these guys are the most honest group in town and we will no longer trust our vehicles to anyone else. Thank you team for the best mechanic experience we've had in over a decade.
